Kid Cannibal is a DC-based DJ and producer of many sounds. Raised on an eclectic mix of hip hop, 70s rock and 80s funk, his diverse musical arsenal reflects many influences. Having DJed at DC club favorites like U Street Music Hall, Heist, and [now closed] Lima, he has also performed at natonally respected live venues like the Howard Theater, The Fillmore, and Rock and Roll Hotel. He has produced for many other artists in the DC area including Ra the MC and Ethan Spalding, and is a frequent collaborator Jus Paul, lead singer of legendary soul/funk band The Blackbyrds. Cannibal has also composed music for numerous television shows including The Kardashians, Making the Band, The Challenge, Saturday Night Live, and the Emmy-award winning reality show “Born This Way.” He is currently working on a solo album written, produced and mixed by him, featuring his favorite singers and collaborators.
